Jason Hamm joined the Office of General Counsel in 2025. He was formerly the General Counsel of an advertising and publishing company for 20 years. Prior to becoming an in-house attorney, he worked as a litigator at the law firm of Lang, Richert & Patch. During that time, he also represented professional baseball players as an agent certified with the Major League Baseball Players Association. Jason has also been an adjunct law professor at San Joaquin College of Law since 2005, where he has taught courses in Business Associations, Employment Law, and Remedies.

 

Jason is a 2000 graduate of the USC Gould School of Law (JD) and a 1997 graduate of UCLA (BA). He also serves on the board of directors for the Light House Recovery Center and the Sieg & Doris Fischer Foundation and in his spare time has coached several youth sports teams.
